Get a Picture-Perfect Home Sale

Today a found an article on the Wall Street Journal about how using a professional photographer to help sell a home is a major key in getting traffic through the door and selling the home.

Something I tell all my customers is to use either past homes I have shot for them or my marketing photos if we haven’t worked together yet in their listings presentations and make sure to let the seller’s know how important using a professional is and what you get out of it. Seller’s search online for an agent a lot of the time and they see ALL of your listings. So sometimes a home you do not think using a photographer will be worth it… remember every listing you take represents you and your business.
