Estate Shoot  ♦  $300* Photo Only / Only $225 Shot with Video

Homes 4,000SF-6,000SF. 25+ images will be included. We also include everything in the MLS PRO. *If you have a home 6,000sq ft or larger then please discuss with us further for a custom quote depending on your needs.

Marketing Portfolio  ♦  +$100 Photo Only / Only $75 With Video- See Example 

This package includes the MLS pro package + property website in a branded & non-branded format, custom property domain w/ 1yr hosting, YouTube Video Slideshow branded on your channel or ours.

Same Day Image Delivery  ♦  $50.00

We try for 24hrs on all delivery of photos. If you require same day deliver.

Exterior Only/RepeatVisit  ♦  $100.00

One to Six images, including but not limited to additional exterior shots delivered prior to regular shoot or after. This is a per-visit min charge. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.

HD Video Tours

Music Only  ♦  $249  ♦  Example 

This tour is 2-4 Min long tour of the home. It features more in depth features of the home and shows a walk through “first showing” of the home for the buyer. It highlights features such as upscale appliances, hardwood floors, moldings, water features, columns, and much more.  Two Videos are created – 1 Un-Branded for the MLS tour & 1 Branded with your contact for your use. Price includes homes up to 5,000SF. $+100 for 5-8,000SF homes and Over 8,000SF Call For Pricing.

Narration with Music  ♦  +$100.00

This tour includes a Professional Narration throughout the video. This price does not include the script. Script must be provided by the agent.

Professional Script Writer   ♦  $100

Community Tour Video  ♦  $500+

Narrated with Music – 3-5 min community tour of your town, landmarks, and businesses. Good to show the neighborhoods you specialize selling in. Great for SEO and branding yourself and that special agent in the town.

Seasonal Changes  ♦  $125

If you would like a seasonal change in the video. This requires a total re-edit of the footage and a visit to the home for outside shots. This is a one-time charge if needed and it is optional.

DVD Duplication $25 For the 1st & $10 each additional

Includes branded DVD cover and branded version of your tour. Will work in any DVD player and will be in HD 1080p Quality.

 

Prices Include 60 Miles Round trip travel. Anything Further than 60 miles will have a $30 per 30 miles after.
